When departing your responsibility is to take your food and trash out. Clean all dishes, pots, etc and put back in their place. A great way to have your place at the beach. The unit is cleaned prior to your scheduled check in time and will have a linen package in the unit. This condo is located near great shopping and dinning places. This is a great place so you can own your place in paradise!!! All measurements are approximate and it is buyer responsibility to verify. The purchase must be paid for in cash as no one can mortgage the condo. There closing is done by an attorney and you do get a recorded certificate of ownership which is recorded in the count court house. Starts on that Sunday and departs the following Sunday .
