Hagley Retreat is a small 14 lot community nestled in the heart of Pawleys Island.  This new home community is being constructed by Beverly Homes.  All homes are semi-custom built and are Low Country styled cottages. This community is close to the beach, golf courses and all the shopping, dining and entertainment that Pawleys Island has to offer.  The HOA fees in Hagley Retreat are voluntary.
