Brunson Springs is a new 70 lot rural community located on the west edge of Conway between Rt. 501 and Rt. 378.  This community is being constructed by Built Well Homes and Michael A. Green Builders, Inc.  Brunson Springs boasts country living with large ½ acre lots set in wooded areas and farmland.  The community has three large lakes with common areas around the lakes for walking or strolling with your dog.  The HOA fees are only $25 per month.

Homes in Brunson Springs start in the $150’s with several floor plans to choose from.  The homes range in size from 1,500 heated square feet to 2,000 heated square feet with standard two car garages.  Located in between the communities of Conway and Aynor, you can enjoy rural living with city conveniences close by.  You are also only a short 30-minute drive to Myrtle Beach where you can enjoy shopping, dining and Myrtle Beach’s exciting night life.
