Avian Forest is a condominium complex built in 2003. Located on in the Litchfield area of Pawleys Island, this community of twelve buildings is just a short bicycle ride away from the Litchfield by the Sea resort. Residents of the community have access to the amenities at the resort. All of the buildings are either two or three stories offering a private setting that fits well with the beauty of Pawley's Island. Many units come with the option of locking out a section of the condominium for rental purposes. Many residents choose to live permanently in the main section of the unit and rent out the lockout portion, at least during the season.
