Reflections is a new home community located just off Rt. 90 and just a few minutes from Conway.  This community is being constructed by D. R. Horton.  The amenities offered in Reflections are a pool, fitness room, covered lounge area and fire pit.    The homesites in Reflections are centered around an 18-acre pond and lot sizes average 1/3 acre.  The HOA fees are $90 per month.

Homes in Reflections start in the low to mid $200,000’s and range in size from 1,700 heated square feet to 2,300 heated square feet.  Reflections is a natural gas community and all homes come with standard two car garages.  The community is within minutes of downtown Conway and the Riverwalk.  You are just s short 25-minute drive to the Atlantic Ocean and all the dining, shopping and entertainment the Grand Strand is famous for.
