West Ridge - Homes for Sale

West Ridge is a small community of single family homes located near Burning Ridge Golf Course and Conway Hospital. This community was originally developed by Portrait Homes which has since gone out of business. Since then DR Horton, "America's Largest Builder" has picked up the community, and has recently completed the last homes within the development. Homes within the community of West Ridge range in size from just over 1000 to nearly 3200 heated square feet in size. Although there are few new homes still available in West Ridge, new homes community sales in the Conway area are on the rise. A few new construction communities in the near area are Wild Wing Plantation and Jessica Lakes.
