These lovely custom built homes range in size from 3,000 heated square feet to over 5,000 heated square feet and offer 3, 4 and 5 bedroom floorplans. HOA fees average $130 per month. Amenities available at Collins Creek are a pool, basketball court, playground, stocked ponds and a private, deep water boat launch. You will have access to the river, waterways and the ocean.
