Hunter's Grove is a small community with great appeal in the Prince Creek section of Murrells Inlet. The real estate market for new homes in the Murrells Inlet area are booming, and other nearby new construction communities to also consider are Seasons at Prince Creek and Palm Bay which is also located in Prince Creek. Within the community there are 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes to choose from most of which are one level homes many of which have bonus rooms over the garage. These homes range in size from just over 1600 to nearly 3200 heated square feet and most of the lots are around a quarter of an acre. Hunter's Grove is a natural gas community; the heating, stove and hot water all perform on gas.
