Farmington - Homes for Sale

Farmington is a small community of single family homes off of Burcale Road in Myrtle Beach. The homes of Farmington are single story ranch style or two story traditional style homes ranging in size from just over 1200 to nearly 1800 square feet. Many of the homes have two car attached garages as well. The neighborhood of Farmington has been around since the mid 90s, and there are even a few homes that were constructed in the neighborhood over the past few years. The Burcale Road area has several single family home communities that are also comparable to the homes of Farmington. Azalea Place, Highland Ridge and Highland Woods offers comparable lifestyles.  Home owner's insurance should be cheaper in Farmington than comparable homes just a few miles away on the east side of the Intracoastal Waterway.
