The Forestbrook community encompasses much more than just the area now known as Brookgate in Myrtle Beach. The whole area is known as Forestbrook from Highway 501 to Dick Pond Road off Forestbrook Drive. However, per the Myrtle Beach MLS, the Forestbrook housing development is known as Brookgate.
