Channel Marker Condos

Channel Marker is a small condo building directly on the oceanfront in Surfside Beach. Close to Garden City, Channel Marker is off 13^th Avenue S, and consist of all 2 bedroom oceanfront units. You don’t have to go far from Channel Market to find food and entertainment. Nearby is Conch Café and for water fun you have Wild Water N Wheels. The condo building is 3 stories and has an outdoor pool deck also overlooking the ocean. Many of these condos have been renovated since constructed in the mid 80s, and vacation rentals are allowed for the investor or second home owner that would like to offset expenses.
