Cross Gate at Deerfield Plantation is a small condo development between Madison Place and Hampton Greens. The condo buildings of Cross Gate are three floors in height and offers 2 and 3 bedroom floor plans. However, the course closed during the height of the Surfside Beach real estate boom of the mid 2000s.
